Project #618 (Custom-Engineering/Re-Engineering Torque Converters Turbines for GM, FORD, Chrysler. Foreign and Performance Applications) In this project, E.G.I. focuses on engineering and mass-production of torque Converter turbines with diameters ranging from 8.5" inches to 14.5" These turbines are mainly for torqueing from 6-8 and higher cylinders and diesel engines. We offer both the furnace-brazed and the steel assembled versions of turbine. We aim to achieve better performance and longer life by carefully designed and specified steel with the most desirable tensile and hardness properties. Our furnace-brazing processes use unique alloy for maximum bonding to enhance torque converters performance.

As factory-production facilities, we offer factory direct, low-cost prices (well-below market rates,) to current and new customers who place purchase orders with us as on-going customer projects.
Delivery
All finished customer orders can be picked up from our Ohio, New Jersey, California logistics locations. We can provide orders door delivery service upon requests from customers.
