Project#336 (Custom-Engineering/Re-Engineering Transmission Cases & Transfer Cases for GM, FORD, Chrysler, foreign and performance Applications) Aluminum alloy casting foundries at E.G.I. are responsible for mass-producing brand-new automotive transmission cases of various applications using both high-pressure and low-pressure die-cast production equipment lines. All cast cases are CNC machining-finished to customers’ installation and fitment requirements. E.G.I. is also capable of engineering customer-specific case-reinforcement requests to achieve better performance and longer life with options of increasing alloy material in O.D. area or/and re-designing O.D. ridge features. As a custom-specific project, we offer a factory- direct cost-pricing for better- performance and longer-life of transmission cases at a below today’s market rate of cost.
